🚨 Hiring: Lead Controls & Automation Engineer | Rugby

I’m partnering with a global leader in energy and electrification technology to hire a Lead Controls & Automation Engineer for their Rugby operation.

This is more than a PLC programming role. We’re looking for an engineer who can think at system level, designing and understanding how complex control and power systems work together.

What we’re looking for:

✅ High-level Control System Architecture & Design

✅ Strong PLC, SCADA & HMI expertise

✅ Power Management Systems / Power Systems knowledge

✅ Modbus, Profinet, Profibus, OPC-UA

✅ FAT, commissioning & technical documentation

✅ Power Generation, Oil & Gas, Marine, Offshore or Heavy Industry experience
