Due to engineering departmental growth, they are looking for an experienced electrical biased maintenance engineer, to work on their night shift. Role & Responsibilities of the Night Shift Engineer: Maintain all reactive and schedule maintenance on production machinery Working alongside and supported by shift engineers for breakdowns on production lines Electrical & mechanical fault finding and repairs Dealing with high-speed production, processing & packaging machinery PLC's, automation, control systems, VSD's, AC Drives Electrical safety, LOTO, isolation Installation & commissioning of new machinery Knowledge, Skills & Experience needed to be the Night Shift Engineer: Looking for a multi-skilled engineer - electrically biased Must have electrical qualifications At least 5 years experience outside of apprenticeship Ideally have competed a formal apprenticeship scheme NVQ or City Guilds qualified to level 3 or higher Must have worked in some form of manufacturing environment Computer literate - able to use SAP systems Experience of working with hydraulics, pneumatics, VSD's, power transmission drive systems PLC - electrical fault finding skills Steam systems experience would be beneficial If you do not get a response back on your application within 24-48 hours please presume you are unsuccessful.
