Job SummaryWe are seeking a Senior Specialist with 5–12 years of experience in Informatica on prem MDM to design, implement, and lead enterprise Master Data Management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong experience across both on-premise Informatica MDM platforms, with a focus on scalable architecture, data governance, and integration.Key ResponsibilitiesSolution Design & ImplementationDesign, develop, and implement Informatica MDM (On-Prem) and aligned with enterprise data strategy.Lead end-to-end MDM implementations, ensuring alignment with business objectives and data governance standards.Architect scalable master data solutions across domains such as Customer, Product, and Reference Data.Data Integration & MigrationSupport data migration, consolidation, and integration activities involving Informatica MDM platforms.Integrate MDM solutions with downstream and upstream systems using APIs, ETL pipelines..Data Governance & QualityEnsure data quality, consistency, and standardization across master data domains.Collaborate with stakeholders to define and enforce data governance policies, stewardship workflows, and rules.Collaboration & Stakeholder EngagementWork closely with data architects, business analysts, and cross-functional teams to gather and refine data requirements.Provide inputs on enterprise data strategy and best practices in MDM adoption.Performance Optimization & SupportMonitor, troubleshoot, and optimize MDM workflows and batch processes for performance and reliability.Resolve complex issues across Informatica MDM and Cloud MDM environments.Documentation & StandardsDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including:Data modelsConfiguration designIntegration architectureConduct code reviews and enforce best practices and development standards.Full-Time
