About the role

UK Research and Innovation (UKRI) is seeking a Deputy Chief People Officer to lead the HR function and deliver the People Strategy. The role reports to the Chief People Officer and will guide transformation, policy, and workforce initiatives across UKRI.

The post holder will deputise for the Chief People Officer, drive strategic leadership, and ensure high-quality, evidence-based people solutions through collaborative HR teams and Centres of Expertise.
