CMM Inspector

The basics:
* Job Title: CMM Inspector – Lead inspector
* Location: near Alfreton
* Position: Permanent
* Basic salary: £21.17 per hour / £42,932 + £2675 supervisory rate = £45607 per annum + overtime paid at 1.5 Monday to Saturday.
* Hours: Monday-Thursday (7.30am-4.30pm) and Fridays (7.30am-2.00pm)
* Holidays/Benefits: 33 days, 13 weeks company sick pay, company pensions
Overview
Working within first class purpose built manufacturing facilities we now require a CMM Inspector to lead the inspection team. You will be tasked to lead a team of x4 quality inspectors whilst working closely with the quality manager to maintain first class quality in this high precision manufacturing environment.
The ideal candidate / CMM Inspector may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
- Ability to measure and inspect detailed machined and fabricated parts
- Must be able to interpret detailed engineering drawings
- Ability to use and program CMM machinery
- Experienced in FAIRS/first article inspection reports
