Retail Store Shop Manager

We are currently hiring for full-time Store Manager positions at our London locations. Drive sales in store through best in class customer service, demonstrating commercial acumen and providing inspiring leadership to your team Nurture and develop a culture of beautiful service through leading by example, observation and in-moment coaching Run an efficient business by minimising stock loss, keeping displays up to date and the store environment looking immaculate Ensure our retail standards are maintained throughout all areas of the store at all times Adopt an upside-down management approach with coaching at the forefront Bring out the best in our store teams through 121s, coaching, frequent reviews, and role modelling Help maintain a high standard of work according to the QA system and British Standards Maintain good working relationships with all other staff, both within the store and in the wider organisation Assist in the recruitment, on-boarding, training and development of employees You’re driven and self motivated - you want to excel at what you do!
