Night Manufacturing Shift Manager

Production Shift Manager (Nights) Food Manufacturing Night Shift Rotation: Week 1: Sunday - Tuesday Week 2: Saturday - Tuesday Night shift management is different. I’m recruiting for a Night Shift Manager position within a large food manufacturing operation that needs someone capable of taking full ownership of a fast paced production department overnight. You’ll be expected to lead the shift properly - drive performance, make decisions, manage standards and keep the operation moving in an environment where food safety, quality and output are all critical. You’ll be overseeing a high-risk production area with responsibility for people, performance, safety and operational delivery across the shift. They’re looking for somebody with previous management experience within food manufacturing who is comfortable leading large teams, making decisions under pressure and driving standards in a fast-paced environment.
