The Role
* Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with PMLD
* Support pupils with complex physical, sensory, medical, and communication needs
* Assist with personal care, feeding, and mobility (training provided where required)
* Support communication using AAC, PECS, symbols, and sensory-based approaches
* Work closely with teachers, SENCOs, therapists, and medical professionals
* Follow EHCP targets and personalised learning plans
* Promote dignity, independence, and wellbeing at all times
About You
* Experience supporting children or young people with PMLD, complex needs, or disabilities (school, care, or residential settings)
* Calm, patient, and compassionate approach
* Comfortable supporting with personal care and physical needs
* Strong teamwork and communication skills
* Relevant qualifications are desirable but not essential — full training provided
