Join a leading international contractor with a proven track record of delivering large-scale, technically complex projects across Europe. Due to continued growth within their data centre division, they are now seeking an experienced M&E Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a flagship data centre project in Frankfurt. This is an excellent opportunity to become part of one of the fastest-growing sectors in construction, working alongside a highly skilled and collaborative team delivering cutting-edge mission-critical projects. As an M&E Quantity Surveyor, you will play a key role in the commercial and contractual management of the project from pre-construction through to final account. Working closely with project managers, engineers, site teams, and clients, you will ensure commercial performance is maintained while supporting the successful delivery of a high-profile data centre development. Key Responsibilities: * Preparing cost plans, budgets, and detailed estimates across all project phases * Managing procurement activities, tender processes, and subcontractor packages * Monitoring project costs and maintaining strict cost control measures * Assessing valuations, variations, and agreeing final accounts * Providing commercial guidance and support to project delivery teams * Maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and key stakeholders * Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and relevant regulations * Assisting with forecasting, reporting, and identifying commercial risks Requirements: * Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying, Construction Economics, or a related discipline * Minimum of 4 years’ post-graduate experience, ideally with a main contractor * Previous experience within data centre, pharmaceutical, or other mission-critical environments would be advantageous * Strong understanding of construction contracts and commercial management principles * Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills If you would like to apply for this opportunity, please submit your latest CV via the link provided
