Security Performance & Project Lead Belfast, UK Contract (12-36 months) £27.24 PAYE / £30.23 Umbrella Inside IR35 The Role An exciting opportunity to join a leading engineering organisation, supporting the delivery of a robust physical security framework. You'll work closely with senior leadership to drive project delivery, enhance operational performance, and ensure continuous improvement across security services. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate physical security projects while supporting day-to-day operations, including systems, fire safety, and emergency response Drive performance through KPI reporting, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives Manage governance activities, including risk coordination, CAPEX tracking, documentation, and stakeholder reporting What We're Looking For Project management experience within security, operations, or a similar environment. Strong analytical and organisational skills, with experience in audits and process improvement. Proficiency in Microsoft Office/G-Suite and the ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced setting.
