Product Delivery Managerð Glasgow / Hybrid ð 75,000 - 85,000 + BenefitsWe're working with a growing and highly successful SaaS software company that is looking to appoint a Product Delivery Manager to lead the delivery of a market-leading enterprise platform.This is a leadership-focused role where you'll be responsible for managing a team of 8 Engineers and 1 Tester, ensuring product initiatives are delivered effectively while driving continuous improvement across delivery processes, planning and team performance.Working closely with Product, Engineering and Leadership teams, you'll play a key role in turning business priorities into successful product outcomes.What You'll Be DoingLeading, mentoring and developing a team of software professionals.Managing delivery of product roadmap initiatives and releases.Overseeing sprint planning, prioritisation and resource allocation.Working with stakeholders to ensure delivery remains aligned to business goals.Identifying and removing delivery blockers.Driving Agile best practices and continuous improvement.Providing visibility of progress, risks and dependencies.What We're Looking ForProven experience leading software delivery teams within a SaaS or software product environment.Strong people management and leadership skills.Experience working within Agile delivery environments.Excellent stakeholder management and communication abilities.A track record of improving delivery performance and team effectiveness.Desirable ExperienceMicrosoft 365 ecosystem experience.Knowledge of SharePoint, Teams and Power BI.Experience delivering enterprise B2B software products.Why Apply?Join a growing software business with an established customer base.Lead a talented and experienced delivery team.Influence product delivery strategy and processes.Competitive salary of 75,000 - 85,000.Flexible hybrid working.If you're an experienced Delivery Manager, Engineering Manager or Software Development Manager looking for your next leadership challenge, we'd love to hear from you.Apply directly or contact Jack Harding at Nine Twenty Recruitment for a confidential discussion.
