About the role

As an Intercompany and Treasury Accountant at Foster + Partners, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate financial operations across a large international group structure. You’ll support intercompany accounting, cashflow forecasting, banking administration and month-end reporting, while contributing to a well-controlled, efficient and globally connected finance function. Your work will directly support informed decision making across a highly dynamic, design led organisation.This role is ideal if you want to:Manage, analyse and reconcile intercompany transactions across a multi entity global group.Prepare transfer pricing adjustments and support documentation requirements.Support daily, weekly and monthly cashflow forecasting and treasury processes.Oversee banking administration including account openings, mandates and guarantees.Contribute to month-end and year-end accounting, reporting and audit support activities.What you will bring to the team:ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualified accountant (or in the final stages of qualification), with demonstrable accounting and finance experience, typically gained over 2-3 years.Strong financial systems knowledge and advanced Excel capability.Understanding of intercompany accounting, cashflow processes and treasury operations.Confidence working under pressure and managing tight deadlines.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively across teams.A proactive, flexible mindset with strong customer service values, and the ability to identify opportunities for process improvement while continuously developing knowledge and skills.Desirable: international tax exposure and experience supporting Pillar II or similar reporting.What we offer:We offer a benefits package designed to help you thrive professionally and personally.
