You'll develop an in-depth understanding of your markets, identify exceptional talent and build relationships with professionals who are often difficult to reach through traditional recruitment methods.

Your responsibilities will include: Conducting detailed market mapping and competitor research to identify key talent and market opportunities Identifying, approaching and engaging exceptional financial-market professionals Building long-term relationships with candidates, senior clients and industry decision-makers Managing search assignments from initial client briefing through to successful placement Producing market intelligence and candidate insights to support client hiring decisions Developing specialist financial-market knowledge and becoming a trusted recruitment partner to clients and candidates This is a consultative, research-driven role where market insight, credibility and relationship-building are valued above volume .
