Tax Director — Growth & Strategy Leader for High‑Value Clients

Affinia is seeking a Director in Tax to lead and grow the firm’s personal and corporate tax offering. You will oversee high‑value clients, mentor Managers and Senior Managers, and drive business development while upholding the firm’s values and client‑first mindset.

You will manage complex client portfolios, improve service delivery, and contribute to long‑term strategy across locations, partnering with leadership to optimise capacity, profitability and risk management.
