Mechanical Maintenance Engineer – FM Service Provider - Commercial Building – Oxford Circus, London- £45,000 CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer based in a commercial building in Oxford Circus, London. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Mechanical building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of £45,000, overtime, further training and a potential route into further career progression. In return, my client is offering a very competitive package including: A basic salary of up to £45,000 25 days holiday plus bank holiday  Company Pension Scheme Excellent career progression opportunities Private healthcare Hours of work Monday to Friday – 08:00 -17:00Key Duties & Responsibilities Monitor mechanical plant Pumps, Motors, Seals, Bearings Air Conditioning - Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Units (Filter changes, cleaning) Water Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing) Plumbing - Unblocking toilets, replacing taps, washers etc Monitor the BMS systems.
