Maintenance Electrician - Social Housing 2391 Inspection & Testing | 18th Edition Experienced Maintenance Electrician with strong background working within social housing, occupied and void properties across reactive repairs, planned maintenance, EICRs, remedial works and fault finding. Fully qualified with 18th Edition Wiring Regulations and 2391 Inspection & Testing certification, with extensive experience carrying out domestic electrical maintenance to a high standard while ensuring full compliance with BS7671 regulations. Skilled in: * Electrical Installation Condition Reports (EICRs) * Fault finding and diagnostics * Reactive maintenance and repairs * Consumer unit upgrades * Testing and inspection * Remedial works * Domestic rewires * Void property maintenance * Planned preventative maintenance (PPM) * Emergency lighting and smoke alarm systems * Working in tenanted and occupied properties * Completing certification and job reports digitally Qualifications: * NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation * 18th Edition Wiring Regulations (BS7671) * 2391 Inspection & Testing / (Apply online only) * Full UK Driving Licence Professional, reliable and customer-focused electrician with experience working independently and as part of maintenance teams. Comfortable managing workloads, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality workmanship while maintaining excellent tenant relations.
