Stores Operative/Driver

Due to continued growth, T&K Associates are currently recruiting for a Stores Operative/Driver to join our well-established client based in Swadlincote. This is an exciting opportunity to join a friendly and supportive company that offers the potential for a stable, long term career. The successful candidate will become an important part of the team, working within the stores and supporting the day to day operation of the business, including driving duties. Stores Operative/Driver Job Details & Benefits; * Monday – Friday 8am-4.30pm (occasional Saturday) * £13.10 per hour * Yearly bonus * Overtime is paid at time and a third * 28 days holiday to start including bank holidays increasing with length of service to a maximum of 30 days including bank holidays * Birthday off * Paid staff outings * Opportunities to train and progress if desired * Company pension scheme * Free parking Stores Operative/Driver Main Duties; * Loading and unloading Lorries using a Counterbalance FLT * Booking in stock * Performing stock takes * Banding and wrapping orders on pallets * Driving goods to customers all over the UK * Any other duties that may arise such as a bit of painting etc Stores Operative/Driver Person Specification; * Must be over 21 with a full clean driving licence for insurance purposes * Applicants need to have had experience driving a Counterbalance FLT * Good communication skills * Reliable and punctual * Positive attitude and willingness to learn If you’re interested in the above role then get in contact with T&K Associates today
