Job summaryWe do not provide visa sponsorship.The Contracts Manager will support the effective management, monitoring and administration of the Federations contracts and commissioned services. The post holder will work with Federation colleagues, GP practices, Primary Care Networks (PCNs), the Integrated Care Board (ICB) and other partners to help ensure contractual requirements, performance standards and reporting deadlines are met.This is a delivery-focused role requiring good organisational, analytical and communication skills. The post holder will maintain contract information, monitor performance and key performance indicators (KPIs), coordinate contract review activity, identify and escalate risks or issues, and support timely resolution of contractual queries. The role will work within agreed policies, procedures and governance arrangements, seeking senior advice where matters are complex, high risk or outside delegated authority.Main duties of the jobThe role is responsible for the day-to-day management of contracts and commissioned services, ensuring requirements, KPIs, deadlines and documentation are effectively monitored and maintained.It supports contract development, variations, performance reporting, financial monitoring, risk management and quality improvement, while coordinating CQC compliance and regulatory readiness. number of staff and skill mix, including the ARRS (Additional Reimbursable
Roles Scheme - Staff) and Havering Health supports the recruitment of for the
PCNs. The ARRS staff provide a valuable resource and additional services to the
PCNs and Practices in supporting the delivery of high-quality and integrated
care to patients across Havering. This staff group supports the other
