Luxury Interior Design Project Manager, London, to £55k

We are looking for an organised and proactive Design Project Manager to support the delivery of luxury hospitality and residential interior design projects, working closely with Associates and design teams. This role offers 1 day a week working from home and could also suit someone who is looking for a 4 day a week opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain project timelines, milestones and weekly progress updates.
• Coordinate project rescheduling and track key deadlines.
• Manage additions and omissions and project changes.
• Act as a key contact for clients regarding project timings and contractual obligations.
• Maintain project trackers, reports and payment plan information.
• Identify potential risks, delays and blockers, escalating where required.
• Support project teams with resources, information and holiday planning.

Skills & Experience

• Previous experience in project coordination, administration is essential
• Strong organisational and communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Experience with Excel and/or project management tools such as Jira, Trello or MS Project.
• Experience within an interior design or architectural environment is essential.
