Sous Chef Gastropubs, Evesham & Surrounding Area

We're working with several gastropubs around Evesham and the wider Vale of Evesham area, all currently on the lookout for a Sous Chef. We've got CDP roles well covered at the moment it's specifically Sous level our clients need filling.

Good, honest gastropub food rather than tasting-menu territory, so we're after someone strong on fundamentals who can run a tight pass and hold the kitchen together when the head chef's not around. As we're working across several venues, we can match you to whichever setup, hours and team suit you best, rather than locking you into one option.

Own transport is essential client venues are spread across the area and some sites aren't well served for early starts or late finishes.

What we're looking for:

• Solid Sous Chef experience, or a strong CDP ready to step up
• Full driving licence and own car
• NVQ/City & Guilds useful but experience matters more
• Comfortable leading a section and the kitchen when needed
