M&E Project Manager

M&E Project Manager Watford  £70,000 - £80,000 + 4.5k car allowance + Bonus + Clear route to project director + training and development opportunities + more! (office-based + site travel) If you’ve built your career delivering M&E packages on proper commercial projects not residential blocks this will be right up your street. I’m working with a growing contractor who operate as a design, engineering and build business, delivering complex laboratories, hospital environments and pharma schemes across the UK. These are highly regulated environments where coordination, quality and detail actually matter so they need people who know what good looks like. You’ll be taking ownership of M&E packages ranging from £1m–£7m, sitting within overall project values of £4m–£12m.
