Refrigeration Engineer Business: Refrigeration Installation & Servicing Company Role Type: Full-time Reports to: Director Location: Tadcaster Role Overview We are seeking an organised, reliable and friendly Refrigeration Engineer to perform a dual role.

Firstly to price up work across Yorkshire and provide qotations to customers.

Secondly is to coordinate all installation and servicing work for our refrigeration equipment business.

You will be the central point of contact for customers, engineers and suppliers, ensuring jobs are scheduled efficiently, records are kept accurate, and our service runs smoothly.

Key Responsibilities ?? Job Scheduling & Coordination Arrange and schedule all new refrigeration installations, routine servicing, and emergency repair call-outs Allocate work to field engineers based on skills, location and availability Manage the job calendar, update schedules promptly, and resolve any scheduling conflicts or delays Track job progress from initial enquiry through to completion and invoicing Customer & Stakeholder Support Take details of customer requirements, equipment type, and service needs accurately Confirm appointment times, keep customers updated on arrival windows, and notify them of any changes Handle basic queries, pass technical questions to engineers, and resolve minor service issues Liaise with suppliers, parts providers and contractors as required Skills & Experience Proven experience as a CommercialRefrigerationEngineerwithin the supermarket or food retail sector.

Strong knowledge of CO2refrigerationsystems and associated controls.

Ability to carry out fault finding, service and repair work independently.

Valid F-Gas Category 1 qualification CO2refrigerationtraining and experience (essential).

City & Guilds / NVQ Level 2 or Level 3 inRefrigeration& Air Conditioning or equivalent.

Full UK driving licence. xwzovoh
