You’ll influence strategy, coach others, and lead critical planning activities that keep our supply chain agile and efficient. We recommend applying as soon as possible.What you’ll doCoach and mentor Supply and Demand Planners, providing guidance on complex issues and supporting their development.Build strong relationships with suppliers and internal teams to ensure compliance and performance targets are met.Lead coordination of peak supply planning and deputise for the Supply and Demand Manager when required.Act as the conduit between compliance teams and planners to implement system and process improvements.Drive continuous improvement by influencing strategies and sharing best practice across the supply chain.Who you areExperienced in supply planning within a fast-moving environment, with strong analytical skills and Excel expertise.A natural leader who can coach and support others while managing complex challenges.Highly organised with a strategic mindset and the ability to anticipate and prioritise effectively.Skilled in stakeholder management, able to build collaborative relationships across multiple teams.Resilient, proactive and passionate about food, with a ‘can do’ attitude and commitment to M&S values.What’s in it for you?Working at M&S means being part of something bigger - helping to deliver quality, value and service to millions of customers every day.
