The Concierge will be based in our offices in Stoke.

Adullam Homes Housing Association Ltd supports vulnerable individuals and households.

Purpose of the role This is a key operational post contributing to the management and development of Adullam services in Stoke.

They will ensure that the concierge team provide a proactive point of contact for service users who may require support in an emergency or crisis situation.

They will ensure that a good standard of professional service is given and will be required to work within the Associations Policies and Procedures.
