The organisation specialises in high-quality precision small DC motors, linear actuators and bespoke drive systems, supplying products to a range of industries. This newly created position offers an excellent opportunity for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to develop their career in purchasing and supply chain management within a technical manufacturing environment.
Working closely with the Production and Procurement Manager, the successful candidate will play an important role in ensuring materials, components and services are sourced efficiently and delivered in line with production requirements. This is an ideal opportunity for someone looking to build their commercial knowledge, develop supplier relationships and gain experience using procurement and ERP systems.

Your Role and Responsibilities:
While in this position your duties may include but may not be limited to:

• Raising and processing purchase orders through the MRP system and internal requisition forms, ensuring materials are ordered accurately and delivered on time.
• Sourcing products and components, obtaining supplier quotations and updating information within the ERP system.
