We’re now looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team and help more students unlock life-changing opportunities.
The Role
As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll connect prospective students with the right educational path and support them through every step of the journey.
Your responsibilities will include:

Responding to enquiries and promoting university and vocational courses.
*
Conducting interviews to understand each applicant’s goals and motivations.
*
Providing full support throughout the admissions and student finance process.
*
Maintaining organised records and following up with leads.
*
Collaborating with the marketing team to help create effective campaigns.
✅ All leads are sourced internally by Crystal&Co – you won’t need to find your own. This allows you to focus on building relationships and delivering great results.
What We’re Looking For

Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.
*
Strong organisation and multitasking abilities.
*
Goal-driven and motivated by success.
*
Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude.
*
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook).
*
Experience with CRM systems is an advantage.
*
Fluency in Russian is a strong plus (not essential).
*
Willingness to work weekends when needed.
*

Competitive salary £25k – £32k per year, plus performance-based bonuses (£10k–£15k).
