We’re now looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our expanding team and help more students unlock life-changing opportunities. The Role As a Recruitment Consultant, you’ll connect prospective students with the right educational path and support them through every step of the journey. Your responsibilities will include: * Responding to enquiries and promoting university and vocational courses. * Conducting interviews to understand each applicant’s goals and motivations. * Providing full support throughout the admissions and student finance process. * Maintaining organised records and following up with leads. * Collaborating with the marketing team to help create effective campaigns. ✅ All leads are sourced internally by Crystal&Co – you won’t need to find your own. This allows you to focus on building relationships and delivering great results. What We’re Looking For * Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds. * Strong organisation and multitasking abilities. * Goal-driven and motivated by success. * Customer-focused approach with a positive attitude. * Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook). * Experience with CRM systems is an advantage. * Fluency in Russian is a strong plus (not essential). * Willingness to work weekends when needed. * Looking for a long-term opportunity to grow and progress with us.
