About the role

Mammographer Springfield Hospital, Chelmsford Part Time, 10 Hours per week (Across 2 days) Join us on our exciting journey of new developments and expansion at Springfield Hospital. Here we provide a wide range of services including Surgery, Medicine, Oncology, Plastic and Cosmetic surgery and Paediatrics. We are continually introducing new technology to ensure we provide the best experience for our patients and support for our hard working teams. Springfield Hospital opened in 1987 and is one of Essex’s leading private hospitals. It is a 64-bedded hospital all with en suite facilities, with parent and child rooms, a 14-bed Day unit and a high dependency unit. We are looking for an experienced Mammographer to join our team who are committed to delivering the highest quality clinical outcomes. We will ensure your continuous development within this role and sponsor additional post-graduate and other learning courses. The department performs a wide variety of general radiography including theatre work, ultrasound, mammography and some fluoroscopic procedures. Experience in general radiography with 2 years + experience in Mammography • To be flexible, adaptable and be able to demonstrate a patient focussed attitude to delivery of the highest standards of clinical care • Diploma / BSc in diagnostic radiography, certification in Mammography • The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate a strong record of dependability, competency and in Mammography with the ability to deliver excellent patient care and customer experience to all.
