Their IP, Sports and Media team focus on:Intellectual Property – contentious and non-contentious, protecting the rights of brandsSports – Regulatory expertise helping sport clubs and individualsMedia & Privacy – protecting reputations of various brands and individualsTHE ROLE:They are looking to appoint a junior Solicitor (1-4PQE) with a particular interest in trademark matters and contentious IP cases. You will be supporting on specific pieces of litigation and non-contentious projects.The firm operates with a great deal of autonomy for its lawyers and there is excellent career prospects within our client’s IP team.THE CANDIDATE:You will be a junior Solicitor (1-4PQE), with proven IP skills and experience.
