Immediate Start-Site Manager

Site Manager We're looking for a Site Manager to join our Construction team based on site. Hours: Full time  This is an exciting opportunity to manage operational resources and implement project plans safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards. You'll play a vital role in maximising customer satisfaction and gross profit while working on projects that make a real difference in sectors including education, health, defence, and aviation. As a Site Manager, you'll be working within the Construction team, supporting them in delivering major regional projects. Implementing and complying with health and safety policies, procedures, and legal requirements across the site Managing communications and relationships with customers, contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and government agencies for projects Building and maintaining excellent client relationships through to satisfactory completion, delivering improved value Implementing operational project plans and ensuring compliance with contractual terms and conditions This role of Site Manager is great for you if: You hold a Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card and Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) qualification You have demonstrable experience in leading operational projects You have proven experience in a site management role Diversity and inclusion Our employees are key in shaping Kier's diversity and inclusion initiatives and our people have made a huge impact on how we work, by using their experiences to shape our policies.
