HGV Class 2 Driver (ADR)

Due to continued growth, we are looking to recruit reliable and professional Class 2 HGV Drivers to join our team.

The Role

Your duties will include:

Delivering and collecting goods safely and efficiently throughout the Birmingham area area usually around 10 - 15 deliveries per day
Completing vehicle checks before and after each shift.
Ensuring all deliveries are completed accurately and on time.
Completing all required transport documentation electronically or on paper.
Following all Road Traffic, Driver Hours, and Working Time regulations.
Providing excellent customer service at delivery and collection points.
Maintaining a professional attitude and appearance at all times.

What We're Looking For

Essential:

Valid Class 2 HGV Licence.
Valid Driver CPC Qualification Card.
Digital Tachograph Card.
Good understanding of Drivers' Hours and Working Time Regulations.
Excellent communication skills.
A professional and positive attitude.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred:

ADR Licence (advantageous but not essential training can be provided).
Experience with palletised freight and general haulage.

Schedule

Monday to Friday.
6:30 start time finish times vary some short days some longer ( averages out over the month to 9 hours 20m mins per day)

Licence/Certification Required

Class 2 HGV
Driver CPC.
Digital Tachograph Card.
