Assistant Technical Coordinator

Talentmark are recruiting for an Assistant Technical Coordinator, to join our waste management, environmental and recycling client based industry, at their site near Leeds. Their aim is to be the environmental company of choice, delivering change for a sustainable future.  Location: This role is located at our client's site in Leeds Assistant Technical Coordinator Role: - Assess waste enquiries and determine suitability for acceptance - Prepare quotations for treatment, transfer, and disposal services - Interpret waste data to identify composition and safe handling requirements - Ensure technical control activities comply with legal requirements and industry best practice - Support the preparation of transport and waste documentation - Liaise with customers, suppliers, drivers, and site teams Your Background: - A degree in Chemistry, HND in Chemistry, or a related scientific subject - Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess chemical hazards and properties - Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
