Design & Architecture: Lead end-to-end design for in-scope Controls, ensuring technical solutions are robust, secure, and scalable.

Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with senior stakeholders, Control owners, and developers to align technical solutions with business goals.

Governance & Standards: Support the governance and standards outlined in the organisations change framework methodology.

Ways of working: Ability to work in an Agile methodology.

Experience: Proven experience in solution technical design.

Technical Skills: Deep understanding of software development lifecycle, systems integration, and cloud platforms.

Leadership: Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
