Senior Quantity Surveyor A fantastic opportunity for an experienced Senior Quantity Surveyor to support a major highways maintenance and infrastructure programme. You'll play a key role in the commercial management of projects, ensuring strong financial control and successful delivery across a busy portfolio of works. Lead pre-contract activities including forecasting, measurement, subcontract tendering, and procurement ·Manage project commercials: valuations, applications, cost control, and change management ·Oversee subcontractor packages and support operational delivery teams ·Prepare, submit, and agree Final Accounts ·Produce accurate project forecasts and contribute to monthly reporting cycles ·Identify, assess, and mitigate commercial and contractual risks ·Support and mentor junior commercial staff and site teams ·Ensure compliance with contractual, legal, and internal procedures Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline ·Proven experience operating at Senior QS level within construction or civil engineering ·Strong background in highways or infrastructure projects ·Experience with Highways Method of Measurement / Schedule of Rates ·Advanced proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel For a full description and further information on the role, please call Jason Kohle at Carrington West on (phone number removed).
