Location: Goole, East Riding of Yorkshire
Salary: £29,236.50 + overtime opportunities

Based in Goole you will join a professional control room team at a state-of-the-art 24/7 control room which monitors sites across the UK. If you have a strong work ethic with a passion for customer service and professionalism, then this could be the role for you.

Applicants should meet the following criteria:

* Strong customer service skills

* Happy to work the following shift pattern: 2 days (Apply online only)), 2 nights (Apply online only)), 4 off.

* Strong administration skills

* The ability to work under pressure in a professional manner

* Ideally you will hold a SIA license or be willing to obtain one

Responsibilities:

* You will work in a small team responsible for monitoring alarm activations across the UK.

* Monitoring of CCTV systems

* Operation of remote monitoring systems

* Respond to emergency situations in a professional manner

* Liaise with emergency services when required

* Answering incoming phone calls

* Produce written incident reports

* Manage emergency situations in a confident and calm manner

* Respond to general queries
