About the Role As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant, you’ll learn how to manage the full recruitment process while building relationships with both clients and candidates across the Engineering, FM and Property industries. You’ll work alongside experienced consultants and develop skills in: * Business development and sales * Client relationship management * Candidate sourcing and interviewing * Negotiation and deal management * Building your own specialist market * Managing vacancies from start to finish You’ll recruit for a wide range of roles including: * Facilities Managers * Maintenance Engineers * HVAC Engineers * Building Managers * Property Managers * Electrical & Mechanical Engineers * Building Surveyors * FM Coordinators What We’re Looking For We are keen to speak with candidates from: * Sales * Customer service * Retail * Hospitality * Estate agency * Telesales * Call centre environments No recruitment experience is required — full training will be provided.
