To do this we are building an all in one healthcare platform which brings together world leading medical expertise and technical excellence.We are looking for a talented Data Analyst to join our growing Data team and help drive smarter, data-informed decisions across the organisation.The OpportunityThis is a high-impact role where the insights you surface and the dashboards you build directly influence how our teams operate and how well we support our patients.Who you areYou have strong SQL skills and can write queries confidently to extract, transform and analyse dataYou're comfortable with data visualisation tools and understand how to design dashboards that are intuitive and actionableYou think carefully about data -what metrics mean, what the data is actually telling you, and how to communicate it clearlyYou're curious and self-driven, comfortable exploring datasets to uncover insights and answer difficult questionsYou're a natural communicator who can translate analytical findings into clear, actionable recommendationsYou collaborate well with both technical and non-technical stakeholders and take ownership end-to-endYou're excited about working in a fast-paced environment and motivated by the idea that your work helps improve patient outcomes at scaleWhat you will doTranslate data into insightConduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions from stakeholders across Operations, Finance, Clinical and Programme teamsIdentify trends, patterns and anomalies in operational and clinical data that impact service delivery and patient outcomesPresent findings in clear, compelling ways that drive decision-making across the organisationBuild and maintain dashboards & reportsDesign and build dashboards in Looker that track key metrics across the business - from programme delivery KPIs to financial performanceDevelop automated reports that keep stakeholders informed without requiring manual updatesEnsure dashboards are accurate, performant and easy to navigate for end usersContribute to data quality & modellingWrite clear, optimised SQL to query and manipulate data reliablyCollaborate with the Data Engineering team on data modelling, dbt transformations and data governanceIdentify and escalate data quality issues and help ensure consistency across systemsHelp define and track metrics that matter, ensuring every KPI is well understood and correctly calculatedPartner across teamsWork closely with stakeholders across Operations, Clinical, Finance and Programme Delivery to understand their data needsCommunicate complex data concepts in a way that's accessible to non-technical stakeholdersHelp drive adoption of data-driven thinking and self-serve analytics across the organisationWhat we need from you2-4 years of experience in a data analyst, business analyst or similar analytics roleProficiency in SQL - you can write queries to explore, filter, join and aggregate data reliablyExperience with at least one BI/visualisation tool (Looker, Tableau, Power BI, or similar)Familiarity with modern data stacks and tools (BigQuery, Snowflake, PostgreSQL, dbt are all helpful)Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with an eye for detailExcellent communication skills - able to explain complex findings clearly to diverse audiencesThis is a hybrid role requiring 3 days per week in the officeExperience you may haveA degree in a quantitative subject (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, etc.)Experience in healthcare, public health or regulated industriesExposure to Python or R for data analysis and statistical workExperience working in fast-growing, high-impact environmentsFamiliarity with dbt or other data transformation frameworksPlease note that this is a hybrid role with a requirement of in office presence, 3 days per week
