Key Responsibilities Managing the full payroll cycle from start to finish. Maintaining accurate employee data, updating records and processing changes with precision. Handling pay variations such as leave, absences and adjustments. Responding to payroll queries in a professional, supportive manner. Spotting and escalating issues around compliance, data quality or irregularities. Keeping payroll documentation organised, secure and audit‑ready. Administering employee benefits, including enrolments, leavers, changes and transfers. Supporting wider confidential HR and payroll administration when needed.
