Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor

Enjoy weekly pay as a Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor on an interim basis. You will be managing all contractors and quality checking.   You will be working for a well-known higher education that values not only their tenants but every stakeholder within the business, ensuring attention to detail, collaboration and a commitment to maintaining levels of compliance.   As the Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor, you will be: Manage daily compliance tasks following certification Inspections of the mechanical and electrical systems within a property Complete audits and post inspections on the contractors work Involved with signing off the EICR’s   Qualifications / Experience: NVQ Level 3 18th edition AM2 or 2391 Previous experience on the tools as a M&E supervisor Previous experience overseeing contractors Previous experience working with EICR’s   As the Mechanical and Electrical Supervisor, you will receive: £30 - 32 per hour Weekly pay Flexible working Chance to go permanent   6 month contract   We are keen to see CV’s from Electrical Surveyor, Electrical Supervisor, Electrical Officer, M&E Surveyor, M&E Supervisor   Location & Travel This location is based in the Birmingham area, with excellent transport links.   If this sounds like something you would be interested in, apply now, or call Kiran on (phone number removed)
