CNC Miller / Horizontal Borer
Location: Livingston
Pay: £19.15£22.30 per hour, depending on experience
Hours: 39 hours per week across four days

Talent Media is recruiting on behalf of a long-established and growing precision engineering company based in Livingston.
Due to continued growth, our client is looking for experienced CNC millers, horizontal borers and mill/turn operators to join its skilled manufacturing team.
The business produces complex, high-integrity components for demanding global industries. This opportunity would suit an experienced machinist who takes pride in quality, understands close-tolerance work and can operate CNC machinery independently with minimal supervision.
Experienced Chargehands and multi-disciplined machinists are also encouraged to apply.
The role
Set and operate CNC milling, horizontal boring or mill/turn machinery
Manufacture complex precision components from engineering drawings
Load programmes, select tooling, set offsets and make adjustments
Programme CNC machinery where required and within your experience
Carry out accurate in-process inspection using appropriate measuring equipment
Identify and resolve machining, tooling and quality issues
Work safely while maintaining excellent standards of quality and traceability
