In this role you will be supporting a variety of year groups. ________________________________________ Job Responsibilities As an HLTA, you will: * Deliver planned lessons and interventions under the guidance of the class teacher. * Lead small group and one-to-one sessions to support learning and development. * Cover whole classes during teacher absence. * Adapt resources and activities to meet individual pupil needs. * Implement behaviour management strategies and promote positive behaviour. * Assist with personal care and emotional regulation where required. * Monitor and record pupil progress, feeding back to teachers and SENCO. * Work collaboratively with teachers, therapists, and support staff to create an inclusive learning environment. * Contribute to the preparation of classroom materials and displays. * Ensure safeguarding and health & safety policies are followed at all times. ________________________________________ Requirements * HLTA qualification or equivalent experience. * Previous experience working with c...
