Education Matters Group is seeking a caring and enthusiastic SEN Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming and inclusive school in Greenwich. This is an excellent opportunity to make a real difference by supporting pupils with Special Educational Needs and helping them thrive both academically and socially. The Role Provide 1:1 and small group support for pupils with Special Educational Needs. Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons. Support students with their learning, emotional wellbeing, and social development. Implement EHCP targets and behaviour support strategies where required. Foster a positive, safe, and nurturing learning environment. The Ideal Candidate Previous experience supporting children with SEN in a school setting. A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. A genuine passion for supporting children with additional needs. Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one).
