About the role
Our fantastic client are looking for a Customer Service Advisor to join their friendly team. You will be the first point of contact for customer over telephone and email, helping them find the best solutions to meet their needs, while delivering exceptional service and driving sales growth. You must have experience in or knowledge of the automotive sector.
Permanent, full time role.
£30,000 basic + bonus
The Role:
Engage with customers via phone and email, handling enquiries in a polite and efficient manner.
Promote products and services based on customer requirements.
Update the database with accurate and up to date information.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and promotions.
Process orders and create invoices.
Work closely with internal departments. The Candidate:
Experience in a similar role
Experience in the automotive industry
Excellent customer service skills
Enthusiastic and motivated
Able to work as a team in a fast-paced environment
Accurate with good attention to detail
