About the role

  • You’ll be responsible for managing and coaching a team of a maximum of 9 Account Executives across the region
  • This is not a pure management role. We’re looking for someone who can lead from the front, help close strategic deals, improve processes, and raise the bar across the entire sales organisation
  • You’ll work closely with marketing, product, customer success, and leadership to help Aikido continue its rapid growth across Europe and beyond
  • Lead, coach, and scale a team of Mid Market Account Executives in EMEA
  • Drive pipeline generation and revenue growth across the region
  • Improve outbound, inbound, and sales execution processes
  • Support reps on strategic and complex deals
  • Build a high-performance and high-accountability sales culture
  • Collaborate closely with marketing and growth on GTM initiatives
  • Hire, onboard, and develop top commercial talent
  • Forecast accurately and manage sales performance metrics

Qualifications

  • Strong coaching and people management skills

  • Proven experience leading high-performing SaaS sales teams
  • Strong understanding of outbound sales, prospecting, CRM workflows, and pipeline management
