IT Support Engineer (SC Cleared)

Role: SC Cleared IT Support / Desktop Engineer Location: Carterton (onsite) Contract: ASAP - potential for long term extension The Role You'll be supporting a secure IT environment, responsible for maintaining day-to-day IT services across a central hub and surrounding sites. Key responsibilities include: Managing and updating support tickets in line with SLAs Handling hardware triage and break/fix for in-warranty devices Managing IT stock and asset tracking (scan in/out, lifecycle) Supporting device deployments and locker replenishment Coordinating with vendors for parts and returns Ensuring processes are followed within a secure, regulated environment What You'll Need Active SC Clearance Experience in desktop support / IT support / EUC Hands-on hardware troubleshooting experience Familiarity with ticketing tools (e.g. ServiceNow) Strong attention to detail and ability to follow process Why Join?
