About the Role

As Senior Sports Producer, you will devise and execute the content strategy for our All‑Out sports brands, including All‑Out Football in partnership with Skybet. You will own the roadmap, oversee the weekly production cycle and large‑scale social engine while keeping the broader picture in focus to ensure the channel progresses with pace and purpose. Reporting to the Creative Director, you will lead a team of producers and social producers at Reach Studio to drive engagement, grow audiences and secure sponsorships in a competitive sports landscape.

Location & Working Arrangement

This is a hybrid role: three days per week at our Canary Wharf Hub.

Responsibilities

  • Devise and execute the content strategy for our standalone video brands, including All‑Out Football, All‑Out Rugby League and All‑Out Fighting.
  • Oversee the weekly production cycle while maintaining a big‑picture focus to ensure long‑term channel growth.
  • Lead a core team of Producers, Social Producer and Channel Manager.
  • Consistently analyse output, performance and quality, pivoting quickly when necessary.
  • Set and optimise workflows, uphold quality control, and embed best practice across the teams.
  • Produce razor‑sharp forward planning, budget management and schedule building.
  • Manage relationships and negotiate fees with talent and agents.
  • Work on commercial partnerships with key clients.
  • Demonstrate deep understanding of the branded content market and content monetisation across platforms.
  • Leverage audience insights to refine formats, thumbnails and titles.

Qualifications & Experience

The ideal candidate is a video‑first sports content expert who can drive the growth of our video brands with strategic prowess and watertight management. You are deeply immersed in the cultural sport conversation and attuned to online trends. You are commercially aware and experienced in creating successful content on YouTube, Instagram, TikTok and Facebook for brands, with a proven track record of producing and directing shoots with major talent.

With exceptional organisational skills and meticulous attention to detail, you can work independently and collaboratively, excel in content strategy, scripting and ideation, and confidently pitch ideas to clients. You are proactive, motivated and thrive under pressure in fast‑paced environments, consistently demonstrating initiative, problem‑solving abilities and creativity.
