Lasher – Southampton Docks Pay: £13.87 per hour | Weekly Pay | Ad Hoc Work Rapier Employment is currently recruiting Lashers to work at Southampton Docks, securing vehicles on vessels before departure. This is an ad hoc role, with shifts offered as and when vessels require additional staff, making it ideal for someone looking for flexible work.
