Structural BIM Technician Glasgow Flexible Salary We are working with a well-established, growing engineering consultancy looking to appoint a talented Structural BIM Technician to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Structural BIM Technician to become part of a collaborative, design-led environment, working on a diverse portfolio of building projects across the UK. The Role As a Structural BIM Technician, you’ll play a key role in producing and coordinating structural drawings and models, supporting engineers across residential, commercial, and industrial projects. This hands-on role suits a Structural BIM Technician who enjoys technical detailing, BIM workflows, and involvement from concept through to construction. Key Responsibilities * Produce and manage high-quality structural drawings and BIM models * Develop detailed construction packages alongside engineers and architects * Coordinate design information and resolve detailing conflicts * Liaise with architects, contractors, and wider design teams * Attend meetings and support technical coordination * Carry out site visits and assist with construction queries * Ensure work aligns with BIM standards and project requirements What We’re Looking For * Experience as a Structural / BIM Technician within a consultancy environment * Strong proficiency in Revit (preferred) and AutoCAD * Understanding of BIM processes (Level 2 or equivalent) * Ability to interpret engineering sketches into buildable solutions * Strong attention to detail and communication skills The Opportunity * Work on a diverse mix of projects * Join a close-knit, supportive team with an excellent reputation * Be part of a company that values development and progression * Modern office environment with a flexible salary Why Apply?
