Working Foreman – General Building / Demolition Location: Various sites throughout Edinburgh Job Type: Full-time We are looking for an experienced Working Foreman with a strong background in general building or demolition, including propping experience, to join our team and support the successful delivery of projects. Key Responsibilities * Supervise and lead site teams while remaining hands-on * Carry out and oversee general building or demolition works * Install and manage temporary works, including propping systems * Ensure all works are carried out safely and in line with regulations * Coordinate labour, materials, and daily site activities * Liaise with Site Managers and subcontractors * Maintain quality standards and site records Requirements * Proven experience as a Working Foreman in general building or demolition * Strong knowledge and practical experience with propping/temporary works * Ability to manage teams while contributing to site work * Good understanding of health & safety on site * Full UK driving licence (essential) What We Offer * Competitive pay (based on experience) * Ongoing work across a variety of projects * Opportunity to progress within a growing company
