Office Administrator

We are looking for an experienced Office Administrator with an industry background similar to either Groundworks, Construction, Holiday Park or Engineering. The role is available for either full or part-time working hours and will be office based near Clacton-on-Sea. You will have overall responsibility for the administrative service, cost coding and project coordination. You will work closely company owner and team to make sure the business is operating as seamlessly as possible. About the Person: We are looking for someone with previous experience in an administrative role working with people and processes, ideally within the Groundworks, Construction, Holiday Park or Engineering industries. Experience of delivering exceptional customer service is essential. You will need to be competent using IT, have excellent communication skills and a friendly and professional attitude. * Outstanding computer skills with ability to competently utilise administrative software * Thorough attention to detail * Flexibility and open to change * Excellent time management skills * Ability to take the initiative * Good verbal and written communication skills * Ability to work well in a group This role is available for people looking for either Full-Time or Part-Time work on a permanent basis.
