You'll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking team delivering study programmes to small classes of learners, you'll deliver hands-on training across a range of construction disciplines including plastering, tiling, and painting & decorating, while also supporting learners with workplace behaviours, confidence building, and progression into further training or employment. This is an ideal opportunity for either an experienced construction tutor or someone from industry looking to move into education and make a meaningful difference through their work. The Role: * Deliver engaging practical and theory-based sessions across a range of construction trades * Teach skills including plastering, tiling, painting & decorating and general multi-trade activities * Monitor learner progress, attendance, achievement and progression outcomes * Maintain a safe, organised and positive workshop environment promoting excellent health & safety standards The Person: * Background within construction or multi-trades with experience in areas such as plastering, tiling or painting & decorating * Level 3 qualification in a relevant construction discipline * Experience teaching or supporting young people within education, training or vocational settings advantageous Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd acts an employment agency for permanent roles and an employment business for temporary roles.
